Duetto gas regulator failed (2006 Duetto)

Help! We are travelling in Spain and our gas regulator has developed a leak, making it impossible to use any gas appliances (fridge, cooker, water heater). I have used leak-detection spray - it's venting out of the top. Gaffer tape hasn't 'fixed' it! 

Does anyone know what I need to look for when trying to source a replacement?

I have basic tools and gas tape but I know it's not going to be easy in Spain where regulators seem to be mounted on the bottle end of the pigtail rather than bulkhead.
