drive away awning
hi i am at my wits end trying to understand which drive away awning fits my vw topaz van 2009 model so that the sliding door is covered when it is open. Would a J rail or a R rail be best or is the reimo multi rail the best on to which the awning fits. We have no rail at the moment.

Hi Hallamshireview
Your not the only person to wonder over the mysteries of attaching a drive away awning - me included at first.
Yo don't need a Reimo Rail as you can use the plastic trim which seperates the HiTop from the van body
Maybe this thread will help a bit - it really depends what awning you have.
