finding the build number Empty finding the build number

Help - There's no sticker in the glovebox - anyone know where I might find the autosleeper info?
I've got the operating instructions, which have an 0386 telephone code printed on the back.

I've only heard of the build number being in the glovebox but don't know when that practise started. The phone number for AS is 01386 853338.

THanks for the tip - sadly I can't see it on any doorframe either.
I've had a poke around but can't find it anywhere.
I'll post the request in the classic section, as I think I may need owners of older models!

Mine was in my glovebox (the lower one on the passenger side) however if you are sat in the passenger seat you do not see it without having to really lean/bend over.  - Warwick Duo 2013/14

hmm, I almost got my head stuck in the gloveox, but just found an old festival camping ticket.
thanks anyway.
I wonder if there are clues in the fabric and fit detailing?

Re the festival ticket - if it involved a famous band (or 1Direction) it might be worth something... snigger

Getting back on topic...Double checking - In My Van the build number is actually labelled Job No. so you may wish to see if you have any documentation or labels elsewhere which lists a Job No rather than Build number

This was the number I quoted when A/S asked for Build Number when replacing a faulty A/S Badge and they wanted to know which style of badge to replace.

finding the build number Empty frisky work number

Post by millenium falcon Wed Mar 05, 2014 7:14 pm

Hi there

I have frisky and the number is normaly in the glove box but if you check the driver side footwell wall you will find the vin plate. I am sure your frisky came from the same ford plant as mine and these made there way to A/S. If you ask A/S they might/may have your vin number on file and can tell you more about your frisky. I do know that they had a fire and a lot was destroyed but they might still be able to help.  think_smiley_46
