more work top space

We own a symbol es. We would like more work top space at the rear of the van maybe from the sink/work top to the shower cubical wall, any ideas please. Alan:think_smiley_4

This has been looked at before. Use the search facility and just enter 'worktop' and you'll find suggestions.
