Kingham - Space heater Empty Kingham - Space heater

Advice please. At present on EHU and keeping warm using gas heating but a little worried if l use use up gas before l can refill.
I've had the Kingham for many years but have never used the yellow Space Heater button for the sad but simple reason that l have no idea what it is for !
Is it to heat the van instead of using gas and if so do l use it in conjunction with the settings on the wall mounted Truma controls?

I've never come across a yellow space heater button, hopefully another Kingham owner can help.

That switch controls the 230v power to your Truma boiler / heater. It's not a separate heater.

From the manual:

Mine are left switched on as default and light up when I’m on EHU. I don’t like the idea of paying for EHU and burning gas too, but I’m learning to be a Scotsman

The wall mounted control gives the option of selecting low power 240v, high power 240v or combined with gas.

These are mine at the moment…..
