Soap dispenser key

We have recently purchased a Sigma EK which has a soap dispenser in the bathroom. There is no key to open it. Does anyone know what the key looks like, have a spare key or know where spares can be obtained? Any help much appreciated.

Hi We have one, the key is made of plastic, just like a matchstick (allen key with a finger hold) I recon with care anything would open it.

Funny enough we're having the same problem opening the Soap Dispenser in our 2008 Symbol. I can't see any key hole? We would like to use it!

If you google FIAMMA SOAP DISPENSER  you will find there are a few dealers who will supply a whole new unit for £10, not ideal when all you need is a key but at least there is a solution.

Thanks everyone. I managed to use a small elcetrical screwdriver to remove the lid and have now made a specific tool. I filed down an Allen key and the end measures 4 x 2 mm and works well.

There is a small screw on the top of the dispenser. Just insert a small flat screwdriver and turn 1/4 turn No need for a special key.

I have stopped using my dispenser as it leaked soap.

Is this unusual or is it just mine? and does the aforementioned Fiamma work as it should?

Our dispenser has always leaked since new,despite trying a multitude of liquid soaps and gels. We use a normal disposable sink unit,
which is more cost effective and efficient than the original - and no mess in the sink to be cleared before use.

Yep, filled up dispenser on April 6th 2005 for our first trip, when we arrived spent the next hour cleaning up the mess, never used it since. Use household push unit which we keep in the vanity unit when travelling. Jim

Now, our's has never leaked in six years, probably will now,lol we put any liquid soap in as long as its blue in colour (matches the van)
I have no idea of the make as it was fitted by auto sleeper.

No leaks on our dispenser either and coincidence we have it filled with Blue soap, but not for 'artistic' reasons.
