Loose spare wheel carrier
Hi,we've got a clunking noise coming from the back of our Peugeot Boxer Warwick when we drive along. We think its coming from the spare wheel carrier and are planning a visit to our local tyre and exhaust centre to get them to have a look. Is there anything else that could be causing it? I assume that the fresh and waste tanks couldn't have come loose? Any ideas appreciated!

Re: Loose spare wheel carrier
Hello Janie,
I would check with a Peugeot main dealer also.
Our 59 plate AS Dorset was part of the recall in which the main dealer replaced the spare wheel carrier, apparently several wheels have become detached while driving.
Yours could have the the same problem and due a replacement, the work was undertaken at the Peugeot dealership free of charge once they had inspected the carrier.
Took about 60 minutes to fit once they had recived the parts.
Fluff.
