Renault Trafic Rimini mpg Empty Renault Trafic Rimini mpg

Hi folks, I just wondered what mpg I might expect from a 2165cc petrol Rimini. At the mo I'm only doing short trips and I mean short, 5 to 10 miles but only getting 20mpg. Are they tweakable or is it all down to the ECU?
