Auto-sleeper Rimini
Hi everyone!
This is my first visit to this site so please excuse me if I have made a mistake with the post!
I have just purchased a Renault Traffic Rimini (not seen it yet (ebay)) and I see that it is a 2 berth. It appears though that some other Rimini's are four berth and I was wondering if this is just a different style of conversion or wether there was a way to increase my vehicle to a four berth?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nick

Nick,
I'm sorry, but you may appreciate why I thought differently!

Re: Auto-sleeper Rimini
Nick, does your van roof have one or two u-shaped metal brackets at each end of the roof opening? With that style of roof, AS fitted hammock-style roof beds as an option to some models.
I used one many years ago, and I have to say I did not find it comfortable!

Re: Auto-sleeper Rimini
I never fancied trying them, they didn't look wide or strong enough for an adult and awkward to get in and out of.
Personally I would dismiss the idea of your Rimini being 4 berth.

Re: Renault Rimini
Hi Nick,
I'm a newbie too! We have owned a Renault Rimini since it was just under 2 years old (17 and a half years) It has one bunk in the roof space, making it 3 berth, my grandson slept in it when he was small, but I definitely wouldn't think it suitable for an adult.
Good luck with your Rimini.
Best wishes,
MollyC.
