Ian,
Look over the vents on this web site. They look as though they may be the same.

Re: SMALL ROOFVENT DROPDOWN VENT
Hi Ian
Do you need to replace the whole vent or is it just the top cover? As you can see on Squips link (which is a good one pricewise) you can buy all different parts and sizes. Don't remove the whole vent unless you have to. MPK is usually the make of the vents on the older A/S.
Measure the vent (size will be in the Manual, I think), and it's a fairly easy job to do. You will probably need a Torx headed screwdriver.
Cheers Andy

Glad you are getting it sorted, it really is an easy job. You can even replace the black-out roller blind on its own if ever you need to, I did.

Re: SMALL ROOFVENT DROPDOWN VENT
Hi,
I have the same problem, the hinge one side is OK, the other is held up with sellotape. I will order a new flap, but how do I remove the old one? the remaining good hinge looks pretty solid & there does'nt seem to be a pin that can be pushed out. Anyone out there with experience of changing these?
I will be grateful for any advice.

Re: SMALL ROOFVENT DROPDOWN VENT
The hinge on my vent broke also but I managed to repair it by fabricating a part from a piece of metal and painting it to match. Cost zero.
Maybe I am a bit tight but I do get a satisfaction from fixing things.
(Sent via dongle from site in Edinburgh)

Re: SMALL ROOFVENT DROPDOWN VENT
Thanks Guys,
I thought maybe it was a 'U' shape hinge, but didn't want to give it a good tug if I wasn't sure. I had visions of smashing it up & having to fork out for a complete new unit.

Alf,
It appears I need the complete drop down door incorporating the flynet & cassette blind which costs in excess of £20.00. If you examine the flynets on both these recommended websites costing approx £6.00 you will see that they don't have hinges & will be no good to replace my drop down door with a broken hinge.
Kind regards,
Mike.

Mike Waudbys do the same flyscreen and blind but have been out of stock for months it seems these are difficult to obtain if you check the sizes you may be able to just fit the flyscreen on its own

Alf,
As I mentioned in my last post, if you look at the solo flyscreens on those two websites, they appear to be without hinges, which is no good to me as I need to replace the whole dropdown door as one of the hinges on mine is broken.

Alf,
As I said if you look at the images of those solo flyscreens, they don't even have a clip.

Re: SMALL ROOFVENT DROPDOWN VENT
Hi Alf,
Just been in touch with Waudbys. Apparently mine is the model with the integral silver screen cassette blind & they have these flaps in stock @ £18.90 inc postage. I have ordered one & a very helpful lady told me how to remove the cassette blind & replace it in the new door.
Many thanks for the tip.
Kind regards, Mike.

Hi Alf,
Drop down flap with flyscreen turned up today from Waudbys, now fitted on 'van, Excellent Service, will definitely use them again & it was £12.00 cheaper than Leisureshopdirect.
Why are all the good suppliers up in your neck of the woods & none in the south?.
Thanks again, Mike.
