Taps for Topaz (pressurised system)?
Hi all,
I am new to the group. Have a 1993 VW Topaz Autosleeper and having a bit of a nightmare with the kitchen sink taps. When we first filled the water tanks up after purchase and began to flush through to check everything, there was a serious leak on the tap. The blue connector snapped as we got to the problem so we've replaced these. Now when we connect the taps back up, they are dripping. I am 99% sure the taps are Comet Novo taps which I don't think are suitable for our van, so perhaps a quick fix by the seller before we bought.
My question is, does anyone know where to get taps for our old van, that doesn't have a microswitch? I think we have a pressurised system and all taps I see online are for microswitch use.
Apologies if this is a basic question - I just don't want to invest in taps that are £75 that still leak.
Any suggestions welcome

You simply don't connect the microswitches. Perhaps if you put a photo of the taps you have at the moment it would help us help you.

A lot of AS vans of that age are fitted with those taps, so they are perfectly suitable, there's plenty for sale on ebay.

Thanks @Paulmold. I just wasn't sure if the sellers had quickly stuck these taps on before selling but it must be that the back of the tap (where the red and blue connectors push in) are damaged as they are still leaking from there with new connectors.
