Warwick Led ceiling lights
Hi everyone
Does anyone know how to set the ceiling lights to dim
We have a 2024 Warwick xl I have found the advanced settings menu and can get the dimmer settings on the screen but everytime I try to dim them the slider on the control panel just jumps back up to 100%
I have also found settings to allow the awning light to come on when I unlock the doors but again this doesn't seem to work either
Just wondering if any of this is possible or are the settings built Into the control panel but the lights aren't compatible
Thanks in advance
G

Did not know you could dim the ceiling lights.
It maybe a defunct setting that does not work with AS. Found this before that the Sargent control panels cover a number of makes, with certain settings only working on some models. Depends what capabilities the manufacturer pays for!

Re: Warwick Led ceiling lights
Try holding the centre on/off touch switch on the light, it's what you do on a 2019 WXL to dim it.

Re: Warwick Led ceiling lights
What sort of ceiling lights do you have?
I recently bought from A-S Parts a Farlux LED 3W for our Kemerton XL because one of our ceiling lights had become intermittently unresponsive. I wanted like for like. I don't seem to have the feature to dim our ceiling lights. When I come to replace our light (it's working OK currently) I need to check that there isn't a fault with any spade connectors.
Previously I had bookmarked Marvix LED lights on Amazon UK as I was expecting some fault to eventually appear with these lights.

At the lights, the ones fitted in our Kemerton XL don't seem to have the facility to dim the light (Farlux) whilst the Marvix seem to have the dimming feature and also the option to switch to blue LEDs.
Needless to say you can get 4 Marvix LED lights from Amazon UK for just a bit more than the cost of one Farlux light from A-S.

Re: Warwick Led ceiling lights
I believe as Rocky has said the dimming function is for another make e.g. Autotrail or Swift. A call to Sargent should confirm this. My awning light comes on for a short time when the central locking/unlocking is used. I believe this can be switched off under advanced settings but I haven't tried to do this.

Re: Warwick Led ceiling lights
Are they the round lights that you touch to turn on and off?
If so, you just hold the touch part and they dim or go bright depending on how they are set, can take a couple of attempts to make the magic happen.
Had my van two years before I worked it out, I do like to be on the ball with technology.

I've just tried it and it works. I've had my van for over 5 years and I didn't know this. Thanks breakaleg.breakaleg wrote:Are they the round lights that you touch to turn on and off?

It took me by surprise as well, I don't dim them in the main but do in the toilet so that I don't burn my retinas out when i pop there in the night,
