No ceiling lights
We've just got back from a 6 week trip to France and Spain. While we were away the 3 ceiling lights in the main habitation area stopped working. All the bulbs are OK and the bathroom light is working fine. Anyone have any ideas what may be the problem?

Re: No ceiling lights
Have you checked the fuses to the two lighting circuits on the PSU, ceiling and bathroom lights might be on different circuits.

Extra switch in doorway? If you have a switch by the door, this needs to be on for the ceiling lights to work. It's there so you can switch off when you go out and on when you return. If you don't have a switch there, then I can't think what else it can be.

The switch in the doorway may have failed (this has happened to me). These switches are not the most positive units ever made, but can be dismantled easily and a squirt of Thetford maintenance spray works wonders

Not sure which door switch you mean I have a rocker switch for an outside light and a light switch near the step. Both are working but still no ceiling lights. Do you know where the fuse might be as I have checked all fuses in compartment under the cooker?

Re: No ceiling lights
Just tried a rocker switch situated on the wardrobe outside wall, to the right of sliding door just above the 12v cig lighter socket, lo and behold, all the lights are now working. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this solution. Most grateful Tom

Re: No ceiling lights
I knew there had to be a master switch somewhere, it's just knowing where as AS vary them from model to model. Glad you found it.
