Pull out bed on warwick duo
Hi Folks,
The runners at either end of the pull out bed have packed up. The front runner has actuality fallen out along with the bearing and roller cage, we have been finding adhoc bearings for a while, the rear slider 'things ' on the rear are going the same way. I have looked through the AS spares catalogue but the bed top doesn't feature or any other bed components. Any one know who supplies these bits ? The runners don't appear to have a serial, part or size number. Just wondering whether to try and tackle the job myself or drop it off at spinny.
I do have a few photos but can't just see how to add them.
Thanks

Re: Pull out bed on warwick duo
Emailed AS asking details of the bed runners and a price to supply. They responded with the details, lengths of runners (each it was stated were different lengths) with a total cost of £134 this included postage. I removed one runner and checked lengths, both identical (14 inch) and stamp up Accuride. An internet seach led me to Metrol Springs Ltd based in Northampton. They supply loads of different sized runners, I ordered their DZ2601-0035 as it looked very similar to my broken runner. Two runners arrived and cost about £34, they were identical in every way to the one I removed , hole size and spacing etc, were stamped up Accride and fit perfectly.
Thanks all for your help Geoff
