Potential Warwick xl new buyer question.

Hi everyone.
 My name is cen. I am looking to buy a Warwick xl, a couple of years old. 
I looked at a great example on a 21 plate yesterday, but I noticed the middle skylight was fixed with no opening mechanism. Should this skylight open like the other two. 
I am wondering if an aircon unit was removed.

I had aircon removed but it was replaced with an opening rooflight, never seen a rooflight that didn't open. I believe the XL has 3 rooflights which should all open.

Yup - all three rooflights should open. Should have the same mechanism as the one to the front of the van.

Sounds like one to avoid.
