Warwick Duo battery charging
Hello everyone
I’m new to the forum, my name is Ian from Derbyshire and I have owned a 2019 Warwick Duo since May of this year.
As we approach my first winter with the van, my thoughts have turned towards looking after the batteries during longer periods of inactivity through the winter. I may even be SORNing it for a couple of months.
My question is - can I leave the van hooked up to my home electrics 24/7 and will the onboard charger top up both batteries as required without overcooking them?

Re: Warwick Duo battery charging
Why not put a timer on the hook up. You've got solar anyway so when I plug in at home (which I haven't done yet this winter) I let solar top up during daylight hours and put timer to come for around 6 hours during the night.

Ian39…..the answer to your question is yes. Select auto chargeing on your control panel and it will all look after itself.
Like Paul I have my EHU on timer which comes on for 24hrs each week, this has worked for me for the past 4 winter periods.
