Whale Water Connections
Hi lovely helpful people. We have a 2011 Windrush which was supplied with a Whale Aquasource hose which connects the inlet directly to a tap. This is working fine but we would like the option to fill up from a container as well. The handbook suggests that this van was originally supplied the long hose option and the shorter one with the pump on the end, (Watermaster?) The shorter pump for the container wasn't in the van when we bought it. We want to buy one of the watermaster type ones but I'm not convinced that the sockets look the same on both. Does anyone out there know if they both work off the same connection? There seem to be so many different options, none of which are cheap so don't want to buy the wrong thing! Also the Aquasource we have doesn't need to be powered, it just fills like a hose, we don't have to press any buttons on the control panel.

Hi there, yes both the long hose and the barrel pump use the same inlet at the van end.

Hi Fellow Windrush owner. We have also had an old fashioned hole put in the side by Autosleeper. Our van goes to Europe a great deal so very useful for fast filling at aires.

Hi, did the "hole" entail bypassing or removing the Whale system? or is it still useable too? Thanks.
