Number plate worked OK on MOT history, and colour was yellow.....

I did a copy and paste from the number plate . But you're right
The last V5 was issued in 2014 which suggest there’s been no change of colour since then.

Apart from colour internally, I think it appears, at least, to be in exceptional condition?

Historically, they have done "custom", provided that the colour you wanted was available as an option on the base vehicle. Our first A/S van was custom ordered in Forest Green, and A/S sprayed the edges of the pop-top to match the body, and customised the colour of the decals.

Before we bought our Duetto there was a Green Trooper for sale locally. It looked a standard VW green having seen vans the same colour.

I've seen green Dorsets from Marquis but that was also normal factory colour. I didn't think that mustard yellow could be standard Peugeot colour but I've just found this......
