What can I use in 12V TV socket ?
After 40 + years in caravans I am now on my own and in my second year with a 2017 Symbol. This forum has been absolutely invaluable for technical issues and storage advice for which I thank everybody.
I have my Avtex TV wall mounted on the side of the wardrobe and use the supplied 12V and aerial sockets provided there in the Symbol, as many do. There is no mains socket there so the TV runs on 12V even if I am on EHU which is no problem as the leisure battery is charging. A friend has just kindly bought for me an Avtex sound bar which screws neatly on to the base of the TV. I already have a 2 into 1 12V adapter but will the Symbol 12V socket be powerful enough to run both devices together or with I blow something ? Sorry I'm so non technical ! Bill.

Yes you should be fine, I run a couple of two way adapters for charging phones and tablets in single sockets

The TV socket is on a 10amp protected circuit, from the EC500. ie 120W max load.

I had a custom cable made for my Avtex TV and soundbar, by a guy called Peter Horvath who someone here recommended. Not that you need it with an adapter, of course. But I worked out that the combination of 19.5” TV and soundbar was under 2A, well within the 10A limit. I have run a 120W tyre compressor through mine without blowing the fuse. The socket in the cab also has its own 10A fuse, I believe.
