12 v socket for TV
Emergency. Autosleeper Duetto. Can anyone tell me where the 12v socket is for a tv. My partner is in the Lakes and has decided to set up TV. We have usually gone on electrics but just for the weekend he has not. I would have thought that it would be where the drop down shelf is but he says there is only a 240 v socket and and arial socket.
This just shows you that I do everything when we go away. Ha Ha

It is a 2 pin socket on the same block as the aerial socket. It has two slots, one longer than the other. Perhaps its a different plug type to your tv. Its called a Clipsal plug.

Hi All.
Just a word of warning when buying.
Clipsal make lots of different plugs and sockets. Any caravan owner/ MH owner /caravan dealer will know exactly what you mean by “Clipsal plug” but if you go to a general electrical supplier you’ll need to specify "Clipsal 12v caravan plug (or socket).

12V Socket in Duetto
Thanks for the replies. My partner finally found the 12v socket (which was where I thought it was near the aerial socket) just spent 10 mins on phone going through searching for channels.
