warwick xl
Good morning, can anyone tell me the correct size for the large free standing table originally in a warwick xl. I don't think the one we have is correct as there is a circle of holes in the centre where there was a pole but has now got folding legs but when folded the centre if the leg sticks out about an inch on either end making it imposible to stand on it's end. I will try to work out how to put on photo so you know what i am talking about. Kevin

The table with folding legs fits above the passenger and drivers seat in the storage space , there should be clips to stop it moving , the pole leg stows in a clip in the wardrobe along with the table top again there should be stowage clips for the table
The size of the small table used on the pole is 50 x 41 cm

Put both tables in the loft and replace with TV tables from Dunelm, much more versatile

Oh right i think ours must have been changed at some point as the small one on a pole is a small oblong and is on a holder in the wardrobe with the poll. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The big one has folding legs and yes sits above the seat but table does not fold.

Re: warwick xl
Kevjan, your description above is exactly what we had in 2 Warwick Duos - small table & pole in the wardrobe, large table over the cab. The holes look as if someone altered the large table and then replaced the original folding legs when they sold the van.
The big table always resided in our loft at home.

Re: warwick xl
They may have had a pole fitting to use out side with a tripod, it may have been easier to stow with out the legs fitted

Re: warwick xl
As Freelander suggests, that is the original large table which someone has modified at some point, hence the holes, then restored it to the original.
The duplication is probably a double tap when posting. You can edit it out. I don’t think the pic is too big at all.

Yes it is strange as with the pole it will not fit inside as the mounting is right at the back. Kevin

I’m puzzled. What won’t fit inside? Are you talking about the small table or the large, please?kevjan wrote:Yes it is strange as with the pole it will not fit inside as the mounting is right at the back. Kevin

Re: warwick xl
In our 2014 wxl the large table also had screw holes underneath where you describe, but didn't, look like any screws had been inserted, came to conclusion that this was a standard AS table and holes were predrilled using a jig for either two end leg sets, or one central unit for pole, bet there are some AS owners wondering why their table has holes at both ends
As mentioned earlier my tables are in the attic and we use tv labels from Dunelm, £20 the pair

Looks like you’ve solved the mystery of the holes, Bilbo.

Re: warwick xl
Thanks all it just seems a bit strange that you have the little end of the hinge sticking out so it can’t be stood on its end. Oh well. Kevin
