Warwick Duo Bed(s)
Does anyone else find the raised up edge ( ballooned ) area of the Warwick Duo seat cushions a problem when making up the single and double bed arrangement. As a single bed do you find the raised area encourages the sleeper to roll towards the wall of the van and as a double bed its uncomfortable to have a raised area down the centre of the bed?
An simple option would be to swop the large cushions over and lay the raised up area against the side walls of the van but it’s too long; the back support cushion of the bench seats is slightly shorter than the main seat cushions to allow for the small corner infill at the door end of the seat so they have to lay outboard of the larger cushions when creating the double bed.

We use as singles and don't have a problem with the knee-rolls.

Re: Warwick Duo Bed(s)
I can only assume that your Duo is different to ours, as we have a 2015/2016 reg model and the rear cushions a dead flat and they give the best nights sleep we have ever had in a motorhome, single beds that is! Our model has the new shape headlamps.

I have a 2017 Duo and have never noticed any raised area in the bed.

Re: Warwick Duo Bed(s)
Thank you for the replies to-date, I now believe my Duo to be a 2014 model, first registered in March 2015. As rgermain and AutoSleepy_Don have perhaps indicated in their posts above, AS changed the design of the seat cushions with the 2015/16 model and introduced totally flat cushions.

I find the knee-rolls actually help stop me from falling out of bed.

I also have the 2014 model registered Feb 15. I have the knee-rolls and agree with Paulmold. It give you that extra security and the comfort of the beds is one of the plus features of the van.

Looks like as they say, you cannot please all the people all the time.

I agree, I suppose its all down to what you are used to, what you will accept and how the individual adapts to variation.

When we had caravans, we turned the seats upside down as they had knee rolls.

We also turn ours over but it is a pain doing it every day. We need a panel van conversion with a drop down bed.

Re: Warwick Duo Bed(s)
I've only very limited experience so far, but I dont turn the seat over and dont find any trouble with the knee roll. In fact I quite like it there. I'm using a duvalay and find that it takes me about 30 seconds to make the bed up for the night (single beds).

Go along with that Richard. These youngsters don’t know what’s going to hit them.. In fairness though our Warwick has very comfortable beds

Re: Warwick Duo Bed(s)
Yes Roli, I agree with the comfort of the beds, although our Warwick has what I think is called a rear lounge, if I remember right what the salesman said, he did offer to get it changed but we find it useful, although you cannot join the beds together completely, but the extra table hole thingy comes in useful. Just enough room to squeeze by.
