Thetford casette toilet
The Thetford C2 toilet is completely lifeless. Before I dismantle it to see if anything is corroded is there a fuse that may be accessible?

There is a fuse inside the cassette holder, left hand side as you open the door

If you replace the fuse but it blows again, then it may be the pump is sticking. If you have a separate flush tank and have ever suffered ‘black bits’ forming and washing through on flushing, then the pump impeller may be stuck.
Many years ago on my Rienza I had this issue. On the toilet in it you could access the pump through the top of the fresh flush reservoir. Easy to free and lubricate the impeller with a small screwdriver and initially wd40. If there is black bio growth, then it needs to be removed and the flush tank sterilised.
Eventually my pump died, but it was still an easy replacement. My toilet was not a bench style. Separate pedestal with wall mounted tank. A bench seat may be more problematic.
There used to be an excellent utube video of how to sort it. If I find it I will post a link.

Link found of typical repair. Might be your answer.

Bench style you can access the pump by taking the loo roll holder cup out.
