Veba Remote Control Empty Veba Remote Control

Post by conniecotswold Wed Sep 14, 2022 10:48 am

Our reversing camera system on our Cotswold has suddenly thrown a shoe and is displaying a blue screen stating no signal.
I've read a few threads and it appears as though there should have been a remote with it.
We have had the motorhome nearly 6 years and have never needed one but some of the comments on the threads refer to a change of channel from AV1 - AV2 as a reason for the display disappearing.
Is there any way to change the channel without a remote?
There are no visible buttons on the display.

No way other than by the remote. AS have the remote on their spares PDF but at £25, Reversing Cameras ltd show £4 but no stock. The blue screen could be because some electrical glitch has switched fron AV1 to AV2, but more likely  due to a duff camera sadly. Reversing Cameras ltd have a suitable replacement but some wiring mods are needed.

CAM061M is suitable, with CAB041 converter cable.
