LPG Adaptors for Germany
Hi Fellow Vanners...
Do I need to buy a set of three LPG adaptors if I am only going to Holland and Germany?
I have found a set from Gas-it for £30, but I assume these cover ALL of Europe. Can I just buy the one for Germany (and Holland) and which one is it?

Buy all 3, you may end up in a different country, indeed how are you getting to/ from Germany/ Holland.

IPg connectors
I bought a connector in France, used it in Belgium and it stated works in Germany. Only problem I had was it fitted so well I couldn’t get it off the fuel line!

Re: LPG Adaptors for Germany
I think France uses the Dish connector.
Germany uses my personal favourite, the ACME connector. I have used ACME in Belgium too.
You only need the 3rd adapter, the euro connector, for Spain (Portugal?) but I have never regretted buying the full set of 3.
OP asks about Holland, I don't think you will need an adapter for Holland as they use the same Bayonet connector as the UK.
I bookmarked this a while back, I don't know how current it is [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I have since been told that some stations in France are now using ACME so another reason to have a full set.

You don’t really need to buy them, as most garages will lend you one. But if you are going to buy one, then getting the set of three is a good idea. One time in Germany I discovered my nearest garage with LPG was just over the border in Luxembourg, which has a different adaptor to Germany.

I’d advise to buy the set - not all garages keep adapters. The other thing we’ve found on this years travels is that some garages will have 2 different fillers, one on either side of the pump, one takes the ACME, the other the dish.
