Step not retracting Empty Step not retracting

Our step is not retracting where do we find the fuseboard.

Do you mean it is not retracting when you start the engine or is it not retracting when you also press the button?
I’ve got an EC500 and it is fuse number 3 (on the front of the main unit) but your EC700 is possibly a different fuse, check the manual.

The fuse board is on top of the EC700 as per the manual.

Fuses should only blow if there is a fault.  If it happens again the dealer will need to diagnose the fault.  

I and others have experienced the No 10 10A fuse blowing which was corrected through a dealer adjustment to the advanced settings on the EC700 CP.
