Many previous posts on this problem,  replacement not available but repair from the back with fibreglass seems the only option.

I would say not fiberglass repair as it’s ABS and it won’t stick properly . Use a ABS slurry . Google ABS repair .

Replacement Window Surround/Blinds Empty Plastic! Frame repairs

Post by Barry Watkin Sun Jun 05, 2022 8:39 pm

Good day, re your failed trim. Glass fibre & its resin has been suggested & criticised,  coming from a marine background the use of Marine grade ‘Epoxy’s should be more effective when bulked up (thickened) with ‘Microfibres’. To a consistency similar to toothpaste, ie no sagging!    You should abrade first & clean (the wife’s nail varnish remover works well for me!).  Small quantities of SP 115 & SP Microfibres are available online, do not be tempted to try those cheap two part epoxy tubes from local DIY stores.
As a footnote once use got a small supply you’ll be surprised what else you’ll use it for!

Good Luck,  Barry.

Note just touch the break with resin, tape it & bulk up/fill the frame behind with the SP mix.
Further pvc tape all the visible outside of the frame as any smears will be an eyesore & difficult to remove.
