First service needed - at 10 months "old"

Not entirely unexpected, but "change engine oil" flashed up when I went for a 30 mile run the other day. One of the perils of van conversions I guess, exacerbated by the slowdown of lockdowns and lack of buyers. It was only registered in April 2021, but the Auto-Sleepers conversion was done in October 2020, and I know from getting the build sheet from Peugeot that it left their factory 07/02/2020. So, it also needs a brake fluid change, as it's a 2 year interval. Oh, and both smoke and CO detectors now beeping. It's never ending
