Remove arm rest cover Trooper Empty Remove arm rest cover Trooper

I have removed the arm rests from the front seats of my Trooper.
The covers are zipped.
The adjuster plastic cover needs removing but I cannot see how to do it.
I can free the back end but I need to remove the adjuster knob.
Can't seem to add a photo in Reply.
