Tyre Pressures, 2008 Symbol
Hi All,
Just replaced all the tyres on my Symbol with Continental camper tyres. I have searched and found various different advice on this. Some people saying that they use the Peugeot van guide (front 59 psi rear 65 psi) and other saying that the pressure can be up to 79 psi because of the camper tyres.
It's all a little confusing and I am wondering what everyone's suggestions may be.
Thanks
Steve

Go to the search, top of page, type in what you want.
There are at least a million posts on this, I personally never want to endure yet another!!!!!

I've used 65psi all round for the last 12 years & found this to be perfect for my Symbol. I haven't got "Camper" tyres, my fitter reckons they're a rip-off.
I have Bridgestone light truck tyres & these have coped with all surfaces including thick snow in the Pyrenees & Sierra Nevada.
Also the rear tyres have covered 86000 miles.
