Behind the drivers seat WXL
With the drivers seat in the WXL right up against the bathroom wall has anybody removed the material holder that’s screw to the wall and fastened it somewhere else , if you have where did you move it too ?

Re: Behind the drivers seat WXL
I removed the material holder and placed it under the tv to hold the remotes and a tv mag.
What actually surprised me was the extra room it gave to move my drivers seat back even further, my knee no longer rubs the gear shift housing

Are you saying this was previously screwed to the wall behind the seat? If so that is really stupid, what you've done is much better.

Re: Behind the drivers seat WXL
Just did this in my WXL, makes much more sense than original position
Also moved fire extinguisher to lh door frame of sliding door, in the little bit of dead space on the floor there.
Thanks for the tips.

Re: Behind the drivers seat WXL
Great idea. We collected our WXL a week ago and the material holder behind the drivers seat is obviously useless.
Can I just ask how easy it was to remove it? Are there screws with a plastic cover holding it in place that are eased off to reveal the screw head?

Yes just flip the caps off and it's held in place with 4 screws

Probably need to tilt the driver's seat forwards for easier access. Attaching under TV point was straight forward without needing to drill pilot holes.
We use two single bed layout at night and SWMBO who sleeps at that side says no problem with it. In new location.
