Kingham. Truma heater not working
My Kingham is fitted with a Truma CP Plus control panel.
The system wouldn't work this evening initially giving me the following fault code W255H (no connection between heating system and control panel??)
I scrolled through the control panel and inadvertently pressed the button probably at the wrong point and now l have no menu bar on the screen apart from a clock and spanner. I tried the spanner and attempted reset including PRSet and INIT but that hasn't a, brought back the menu bar and b, no heating etc. We are not on hookup and have plenty of power in the batteries.
Can anyone advise on how l get the menu bar back and if l am successful how to resolve the fault code that l mentioned at the start please

Re: Kingham. Truma heater not working
The W255H error says: The heater does not have 12 Volt power supply or there is no connection between the heater and the CP plus control panel.
Would a factory reset fix your menu issues?

Is the gas switched on, as you are not on EHU?

I do urge you to check the Sargent panel (aka EC480) because I just checked and it is "W255H" if the Sargent panel is off.AutoSleepy_Don wrote:re W255H, is the Sargent system switched on?

Re: Kingham. Truma heater not working
Thank you for your advice. I checked the EC480 and that was working normally.
l checked the EC500 under the bench seat and pressed the buttons for the Space Heater & Water Heater (can't tell if they were 'out' or 'in') and lo and behold the Truma panel is now working again!!
I know last night l was pushing buttons here and there and must have forgotten to reset those two particular buttons if as it appears to have been the reason for the lack of service.
So can l thank you (and others who kindly offered good advice) and we won't be cold this weekend.
