Re: Warwick XL Front wheel vibration
Both Fiat and Peugeot vans were delivered to converters without restrictors , not just AS.glyne lock wrote:the rear door stay problem is they are removed to fit the panels and did not get put back and should have been seen on pdi check before it was handed over to the customer .

I don't think the restrictors have to be removed, just a hole made as per the photo by Babian. Well that's how it looks on our 2016 Warwick.

this happens a lot with new vehicles but should be seen when it has the r/r check and again on the pdi check at the dealers. the owners of the vans did not no they should come with the stays and where missing. been seeing this for over 40 years in this trade

Richard the Peugeot panel fitted in behind the auto sleeper panel has to betaken off and the insulation put in the rear doors by auto sleepers as people have said this amount of insulation is not great will be checking mine out to see and put more in also the side door as this gets very wet in cold conditions as I have just found out in December at -2 at night

Sorry not with you on this one.
The panel on my rear door is an AS panel, I know this because I removed it to fit the bike rack to the door. There is no other panel, I agree there is insulation as I had to move it when drilling the securing bolt holes.
Have you a picture to show what you mean?

Well said PB... it was confusing enough from the beginning without bringing in door restrictors.

Re: Warwick XL Front wheel vibration
hi, any new update with your vibration problem?
Did you get an offer to test drive another 2019 Warwick XL to compare the experience to yours ?
Hope you might have got a little closer to resolving this issue and I am interested to find out what the problem area / item was.
Ian

Exactly what I was about to post PaulPaulmold wrote:Buckled rim? Or how about swopping wheels from front to back.
Change wheels front to back and see if problem the same.
We have a 2001 Volvo estate and I was convinced it had rear wheel bearing problems, looked online and one guy, same car had changed all 4 wheel bearing, brake discs and pads and had exactly the same problem!
We changed our tyres to "quiet" ones and the problem disappeared and hasn't recurred.
On our last Warwick Duo, and indeed on this next one when it arrives it will be fitted with Michelin Agilas less than 6 months old, and don't anticipate any problems
Be interesting to see feedback from the poster if he/she does this?
