trident 2011 sliding window leaking. Empty trident 2011 sliding window leaking.

I have been told that this window design is simply a VW poor design as it drains into the van and leaks often.
 Has anyone either solved this or permanently sealed it ? if so -with what ?

After much trial and error I have replaced mine with one from Vanstyle   VW new £676 plus VAT. Vanstyle £125 inc VAT AND £40 to fit at home by local window man.Alf [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] wrote:
