Re: fuse
Just checking: do none of those things work? The reason I ask is that it's possible that the previous owner has used some lateral thinking (e.g. fitting an inline fuse somewhere that you don't know about) to fix it himself?

Re: fuse
Ah ok - if it were mine, I would want to be sure that it is definitely all still connected to that fuse, as it would be really annoying to fix it and find that someone has cut and redirected the wires behind the Zig unit!
A simple test of continuity between it and the supply side of one of those 3 loads should be sufficient.

Re: fuse
There are lots of different ways, but probably the easiest initially would be to turn all 3 of the supplied appliances off. Identify which of the fuse terminals goes towards the appliances (clue: there will be no 12V supply voltage on it) and with a multimeter, check the resistance from that terminal to the vehicle chassis (earth, 0 Volts). It should be open circuit - infinite resistance. Now turn on one of those appliances. If the resistance drops, it's reasonable to assume that you have continuity from the fuse to that appliance.
Other ways can be more direct - such as simply putting the meter probes on each end of the wire and checking for low resistance, but sometimes the two ends can be far enough apart that it is awkward to do in practice!

Long time ago, but can't remember any snags apart from getting the tiny nuts onto the tiny bolts!

think you are right as got water heater going
now the problem is still the c3 flusher still not going
looks like a previous owner took off the 10 amp fuse holder in the outside cassette by mistake so when put fuse back in had to horse it in and bend the fuse so wouldnt fall out
replaced the fuse and manualy held it in while partner turned flush and worked but just trips the switch beside it
it is very tight space and cant get the grey fuse holder back on looks like slides in from top but no access for my chuubby fingers and top is out of sight
any ideas
