1994 Trident - Roof vent seal leaking
Hi
Recently acquired our 1994 Trident hi-top from my in-laws. I suspected there may be a leak from the roof vent due to discolouring of the room lining - confirmed by the recent heavy rain.
Question : Is the roof vent just held in place by the exterior sealant? Therefore a matter of carefully leveraging from the roof, cleaning and resealing?
Finally, any recommendation for a good match/ seller of the light blue ceiling lining material.
Thanks in advance.
David

As well as the sealant, the inner and outer sections are joined by clamps. So you need to undo those clamps before cutting through the old sealant.

Thanks Paul - appreciated the quick response. By clamps do you mean the removal of the inner section (with net/blind in it)via the 8 screws or is there something else I haven’t noticed?
Thanks
David

Once you've removed the inner frame you'll see the fixings.
