VW T5 Trident captains chair table

Hi everyone,

Wonder if anyone can help me with this?
My camper is missing the small table and leg that fit next to sliding door and is the table for swiveling chair. Does anyone know the original size of this table?

Turns out that the table I have is the small captains chair table ! and I am missing the bigger table for the rear seats that A/S no longer have in stock :(
However I have ordered the mount for the table leg so will  get a nice one made and they had the cranked leg table mount also.

That's good news!  I am now appreciating that my second Trident was complete (except some of the crockery) with baskets, tables etc etc.  Having read some of the posts I am most surprised that people would remove these.

If it's like the one in the Trooper, I'm not too surprised that lots of them go missing, because ours takes up around a third of the space in the under-seat drawer, and it's a nuisance because on ours (IIRC) it's designed to fit at the top, so you have to take it out, every time you want to access anything in the drawer.

Ours went into the loft as soon as we got the van, and I would guess that's where a lot of the missing ones will be...

Ahh I see, I guess that’s where my original one is lurking then, in someone’s loft !

...in the five years we've had our Trooper, the small table has never been used - can't see the point of two tables in a small van...so it and the leg is in the proverbial loft.
So now we can store the big table behind the drivers seat, wedged in with our folding step (after removing the table retaining catches), so gaining space under the seat.
We also use a Fiamma tripod instead of the fixed pole location, so we can use the table in any position, and also outside.

I will I will probably end up doing the same van but I just like the thought o having it complete and back to its original inventory. If we were ever to sell it, I’d know I would prefer a complete van. But I don’t think I’d ever part with it. It’s an awesome, well thought out van.

Mine is complete safe for the crockery - although there was some left. it's quite heavy so changed the plates etc. but have kept the original.  I don't find it too much trouble removing the table from the drawer under the bed - but then it's only me and my dog! I like to have the option of either table.  The small captains table can remain up even when the bed is down which is useful.
