Re: Kingham underslung gas tank filling
Timedout- I've never let mine get that low but 18.2 is pretty empty when the max it holds is 20. The most I've put in is 11.

We use our local calor gas distributor in Salisbury, very helpful or more convenient is the filling station on the A30 South West of Shaftesbury. We fill up after the dots start to disappear.

That was totally empty. We did it deliberately to find out just how much gas the tank held. 18.2 was the max we could get in, another pump managed 17.5. When running out of gas the Truma stops first but the gas hob will run for quite a while, at least a day of normal use. We tend to fill before running out but frequency of filling is often driven by our route and the availability of lpg stations. We use filllpg on a phone. Devon has a dearth of lpg and we have spent much of our time there. If we are passing an lpg station we tend to top-up even if only part empty.

Same here but never get that low. We tend to pass close to a Morrisons so get fuel and gas whenever we head south or return that way. Will be doing same again tomorrow as we pass it on way home even though I'll probably only get 6 litres of gas in.
