SIDE SLIDING STICKING Empty SIDE SLIDING STICKING

when my van as been stood about 2weeks the side sliding door will not open I have to pull on the bottom of door it feels as if it is fast on seal. I cleaned the seal but still on better

My Kemerton xl does the same it seems to be that it gets stuck in the metal track at the back of the door I think the nylon rollers stick one push from inside normally free it up

we wipe the rubber with talcum power.spray runners with silicone spray
