Warwick rear door cards
Thinking of seeing how much, or how little, insulation there is in the rear doors of our Warwick.
Any tips on removing door trim cards?

Took one of our fairford when fitting the bike rack, involved removing the interior handle, it was very straightforward.

Re: Warwick rear door cards
Hi.
If your rear doors are like my Kemerton XL then it's no problem at all to remove the door cards. Be careful not to lose the caps and cups and it might pay you to buy some 15or16mm x 3.5mm flange head screws (I paid less than £1 for 100) to replace the countersunk screws that A/S use.
The countersunk screws tend to pull right through the plastic cups if over tightened.
While my cards were off I filled the upright door stiles and horizontal rails with some extra insulation that I purchased from A/S. I did the same to the sliding door.
Will try and attach photo.
Windy p.s. pop the caps off with a thin bladed filler knife:allthumbz:

Re: Warwick rear door cards
Hi Windychippy. In your pic on the second exposed panel from the bottom of the door, on the right, is a black coloured door release ‘button’. Pushing the button in allows the rear door to extend fully outwards. On a very windy day in my van the rear doors blew open so much the release ‘buttons’ popped off/came apart and the plastic grips that holds them to the door panel were damaged. I've already done some repairs to the door mechanisms which were slightly damaged with the gust of wind and also taped around the plastic grips of the release 'buttons' to help them hold more firmly onto the door; but they are still liable to pop off if I am not careful when opening the doors. Has anyone any idea where I could purchase new ones?

Hi Peter L. Thought I'd let you know the site you sent me for the rear door release button for the Peugeot Boxer [Kemerton] claims it does not fit my particular MH model, even though the pic on the site it looks the part. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] All the same, thanks.
