Renault Trafic Auto-Sleeper Rimini Owner
Hi All,
Just though I'd say Hi as I'm about to pick up my new purchase tomorrow.
Been looking for a cheap, entry level van for a few weeks and have looked at a number of Talbot / Fiat / Citroen conversions that were advertised as good condition but when I went to look were not much short of sheds.
Then got taking to a neighbour who had what looked like a nice traffic autosleeper. To cut a long story short, I've had a good look at the van, had it checked out mechanically and should be picking up tomorrow.
Its in good nick for the year (1991) with a nice interior and I'm sure will do us proud for many trips over the spring / summer months.
The forum looks to be a mine of information and look forward to contributing to future topics.
Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave,
A warm welcome to the forum from a chilly Kent.
I hope you really enjoy your new van and you are right that this is the place for information.

Welcome to the Forum Dave,
Nice little vans the Rimini's, we started out with and RV50 which was the Riminis forerunner.
They're great to drive, windows nearly all the way round gives you an "ethereal" effect and of course it makes parking etc. easier as you have such a good all round view.
Rgds

Hi there,
Welcome from a windy and chilly Alicante. (Next door had a thin film of ice in the bottom of a bucket this morning!)
Best regards,
