Outside light , blue front interior lights

When we tried outside light when on a site on EH, outside light would
Not work as we tried the blue LEDs would not work either.
  Moved site and tried both and they worked .on returning home said
Lights don't work the switch is ok and have checked fuse for outside
Light is there another fuse ? Mark at A/S said could be switch .
  But it's ok any ideas please
