Kingham Falling Cushions No More
After the first drive of the van yesterday, I got home praising my own excellent smooth driving as the sofa squab and back had not moved at all.
I've just had a closer look and the squab is attached with Velcro and the seat back with tabs, which means AS have sorted this issue for 2017 Kinghams ..... and it also means my driving might not be as smooth as I think it is

Re: Kingham Falling Cushions No More
Thanks for the heads up. Ours needs to be booked in for a recall on the fridge seals soon so I will ask for this to be done as well. If you have chance I would really appreciate a few photos.Wargenwolf wrote: After the first drive of the van yesterday, I got home praising my own excellent smooth driving as the sofa squab and back had not moved at all.

I will have to remove the squab tomorrow and tip it over for a pic, but this is the tab and press stud that I took earlier....[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Machloop, hope this helps. I positioned the squab and seat back you can see the seat back press stud & tab, as well as the base Velcro modifications.

One thing more, is the velcro sewn onto the cushion base or just glued ?Wargenwolf wrote:Machloop, hope this helps. I positioned the squab and seat back you can see the seat back press stud & tab, as well as the base Velcro modifications.

Re: Kingham Falling Cushions No More
I have just tried out an Anti-Slip mat from Dunelm. It comes in various sheet sizes and I bought 80x150cm for £7.99. Just put between the cushion squab and slats it has stopped any movement of the sofa cushion while on the move. Really pleased with it.
