Re: Open all year under £10 sites
After initially thinking that the group was a good idea, I've also left the group. The admin are indeed hostile to any suggestions of improvement. One member even put the sites onto a map but that was deleted by the Admin as 'their database had been doctored without permission'. As Frank points out, its almost all available on searchforsites and I'm unlikely to use the groups database.

Have a look at this website.

We've used several and been well pleased. You need to eat in the evening, so if you have a pub supper and/or a few drinks everyone is happy including the landlord, and your overnight stay is very reasonably priced. Plus you can have a pint without having to drive afterwards.
If you download the kml files they will load onto Maps.Me, or convert them for use on the satnav.

I also left the group this morning, I got fed up with "thanks for the add" posts taking over my FB page.

he above doesn't inspire me to join FB! Mrs Cymraes seems to spend an inordinate amount of time on it. I agree with the views of Gromit and Logburner. Not a Luddite, but as yet not convinced.

Re: Open all year under £10 sites
There is now a Friendly Open all year under £10 sites group which already has over 2000 members and has an interactive google map worth downloading and saving.
