Vinyl decor
My 1999 Duetto, acquired 4 months ago, needed paintwork tidying up. My background, 63 years old and never had a campervan or caravan ever before.
I love it so proceeded, all the vinyl striping let the side down, needed removing and or replacing. So removed it.
Not sure whether to
1. Leave the van undecorated, plain cream colour
2. Try to restore the original decal design
3. Create a new vinyl design
4,. Get the van repainted a different colour.......scarey cost I would guess, maybe a step too far
Any advice or experiences that could help me please?

Re: Vinyl decor
I'd get the tired vinyl off, give it a good polish and see what you think. Live with it 'naked' for a while and if you don't like it you can get some replacement or new decals made up.

Re: Vinyl decor
A local vehicle graphics company will normally be able to reproduce the stripes etc but will need the originals to copy so don't remove them until you've taken it to him if that's a route you want to go.

I think they're already off from the OP, which may limit his options ?

Re: Vinyl decor
In that case, this guy on Ebay has some AS stripes, maybe worth asking if he has the full set..
