2002 Duetto - Missing Kitchen Window Stay

You will be able to see from the left hand side of this image that the fitting, which is supposed to keep the kitchen window open (the one behind the cooker), is missing. It was missing when we bought the van, but it would be nice to have the window fully functional again. I wonder if anyone could confirm (perhaps with another photo) what the "stay" actually looks like. Even better, if someone can identify the part and where it can be sourced, that would be absolutely fantastic.

If you speak to AS parts dept they are normally very helpful, especially if you can quote them the original Job Ref number which should be on a sticker in your van, probably in the glove box.

Hi Jenvid, I have something similar in my 1995 VW Trophy, but this is about 20 cms long and opens the rear toilet window with a ratchet device that holds the window open at various angles. Here are some photos, hope they help.
