Leaking side windows Empty Leaking side windows

During January's wet month my upper side windows have started to leak. I think it is probably the sealing material under the frame that is the problem. How much of a job is it to reseal? There might also be a leak coming through the glass seal to the frame if that is the case can I get the windows refurbished or are new ones the answer, if they can still be got. I have a 1992 Harmony on a Talbot Express base. Thanks Phil.
