Dometic fridge Bourton

The Dometic fridge in our Bourton has suddenly started to beep for 15 seconds every 2 minutes.  The book says that this is because the interior light is staying on, but this is not happening, the light appears to be going off when the door is closed. Needless to say this is very annoying, it started yesterday and we switched the fridge off last night To get some sleep. Has anyone come across this problem before and any suggestions for fault tracing would be appreciated, also the contact details for Dometic customer service.
