bed configuration and sliding rail removal

hi
I have recently purchased a 1994 renault rimini 2.1 diesel
i know its been asked but not for a while and i cant find answers
1. how do i remove outside side door slide rail rust hole behind it needs sorted
2. how do i configure beds properly so i dont fall down beside gear stick
