Just thought I'd share this thread from the T4 Forum

I'm no mechanic and followed this guys pictorial instruction and have now done both front and back discs and pads, saving loads of money and I know they've been done OK - We had our rears done at a garage 3 1/2 years ago and they didn't do a good job. These instruction are for a 2.5TDI but the principal is the same for other models To replace the discs you just continue to take the caliper carriage off (2 bolts each -albeit tight)
